Shipping policy

The order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at the checkout.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Due to a high volume of orders, the delivery time may take up to 2-4 weeks to arrive.

We currently offer one shipping option (tax-included).

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries:

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Returns, Refunds, Exchanges 

Return or exchange products within 30 days with proof of purchase.

Products must be in original condition with all parts, accessories, and packaging included.

Shipping costs for non defective returns are paid by the buyer.

Refunds or exchanges must be issued within 14 business days of receiving the returned product.

Exclusions: Certain products like food items or those unfit for return due to hygiene reasons.

Customers are responsible for the risk of returning products (we recommend insured shipping and to hold on to the receipt).

Orpso may refuse returns not meeting specified conditions.

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
